Panteleev Duo

Lida Kantscheva - Panteleev was four years old when she took her first piano lessons and two years later started her education at the National Music School "Dobri Hristov" in Varna, Bulgaria.

From 1998 to 2003 she completed her studies at the National Music Academy "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov ", Sofia in the class of the renowned Bulgarian pianist Prof. Anton Dikov. She continued her education at the "Hochschule für Musik und Theater", Hannover in the class of Prof. Martin Dörrie. Kantscheva-Panteleev also took part in numerous master classes worldwide and worked with pianists such as Lazar Berman, Germaine Mounier, Arnulf von Arnim and Malcolm Bilson.

In 2000 she met Martin Panteleev and together they gave numerous concerts in Bulgaria, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Spain in prestigious concert halls like the "Beethoven Hall" Bonn, "Gedächtnisskirche", Berlin and Amsterdam "Royal Concertgebouw".

In 2002 the couple founded the festival "Chamber Music Days" in Barth, Germany.

After their marriage in 2005 the two artists appear as Panteleev Duo. They have recently recorded the CD's "Sonata" and "Suite Populaire" for the label "Fox Classix", Frankfurt.

With their two children they live at the Constance Lake in Germany.
